What you will do?
- Designing and building core systems that are scalable, robust, and maintainable
- Leading projects end-to-end, from design to release
- Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to ship impactful features
- Mentoring junior and mid-level developers — helping them grow technically
- Monitoring technical debt, system performance, and long-term code health

System Design
API Development
- 6–9 years of professional software engineering experience
- Prior experience mentoring or guiding team members
- Strong backend experience in modern languages/frameworks
- Solid understanding of system design, API development, and both Relational & NoSQL databases
- Flexibility to switch between tools/technologies based on project needs
- Experience shipping features to production in a startup or fast-moving environment
- Ability to take ownership and lead projects
- Comfortable with frontend frameworks to contribute and collaborate with UI teams
