TALENTO is sourcing for a Dhaka-rooted global outsourcing giant with offices across USA, Canada, and Australia, and support through specialized team augmentation in software, apps, design, AI, blockchain, cloud, security, and analytics.
What you will do?
- Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test cases, test plans, and scenarios.
- Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Conduct API and Load testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
- Understand end-to-end data flow from backend (database/API) to frontend to identify potential bugs.
- Design critical system-level test cases based on requirements and data flow.
- Participate in regression, integration, and post-release testing.
- Prepare test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Drive the QA process and manage priorities across multiple projects.

- 2-3 years of experience in manual, API, database, Load testing, and mobile app testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze requirements and design critical system-level test cases.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-driven, with product awareness and user-focused testing mindset.
- Skilled in bug advocacy, ensuring defects are accurately identified, prioritized, and clearly communicated.
- Experience in test case preparation, defect reporting, and test reporting.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
